Is this retreat for designers only?Yes, this retreat is for designers only. This includes designers of all categories including footwear, jewelry, handbags, accessories, clothing, and headwear.

What are the requirements for attending?You must be a designer with a line that's being sold currently (online or in store) or a designer that's working in-house for a brand now.

What are the vaccination requirements?All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination for each day of the retreat.

Can I get a refund?We are not offering refunds for the retreat, however you can get a credit toward the next HFR event.

Can I attend as press?This event is very exclusive and unfortunately we are not allowing anyone to attend as press that's not pre-approved by our sponsor. Email frances@armandconsulting.com for more information.

Is there an age restriction?Yes, our designer retreat is for adults 21 and over.

Is there a host hotel?No, there is currently no host hotel for this event. We suggest staying in mid-town Manhattan, however all of our locations will be close to a subway stop. We will provide details on how to get to each venue on the subway.

Can I bring someone with me?Each ticket allows for one person. You are not allowed a guest to this retreat.

How should I dress?Our presenting sponsor is Nike, so feel free to wear a pair of Nike's each day. Please be comfortable and fashionable.

Will lunch be served?Lunch will be served on the first day. You may be responsible for your lunch on day 2.

How are designers chosen for the retreat?To provide this rare designer experience, it is also vital that we curate the guests in attendance to ensure it's an incredible experience for everyone. We also want to ensure equal levels of experience to give this opportunity to designers across the board. We have limited space available for 75 designers. Upon review, you will be notified within 1- 2 business days. Once we are at capacity, the application will not be available.
